Steam-master answered the phone when I called, scheduled an appointment for the next day, and showed up 15 minutes early. Two gentlemen were professional, introduced themselves, asked questions about my expectations, and got to work. They did a very thorough job and I was a happy customer.

Great service... timely, professional, great job! Our carpets had not been cleaned since we built our house several years ago. With a dog and kids, it was way overdue. I couldn’t be happier with the job that was completed by Steam Master of Fairview. My carpets look like new!

Great service and gave prices up front. Sonny was on time and worked hard . I was very pleased and would recommend this company, particularly Sonny as the rug cleaner. . The upstairs carpet looks great and he was able to get the stains out of 2 area rugs that i thought were ruined.

I just had Eric from Steam Master Carpet come by and he did an amazing job. Thoughtful, courteous, and hard working. I have 2 dogs and after he was through with it, this carpet looks like it just came from the store!

Not only that but I had a very small window of time to get this done. Jenny was able to get me in and all this came together like it was orchestrated. Thank you all SO much for your hard work and candor. I will and would recommend you to anyone that needs carpets cleaned quickly and efficiently!
